Paytm — Booked tickets on pvr transaction was failed but moneynot credited

Hi i am Har Kishor from bihar .I would like to inform u i booked movie ticket through paytm on 8 june 2016 from paytm .The site was taking long time an transaction was failed but mney was deducted from paytm account of rs 1467RS .I made complaint in paytm but not getting any reply from them please help me they are not respodning me .If any query feel free to call me +[protected]
