I ordered Lenovo S510P Notebook (4th Gen Ci5/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Win8.1/ 2GB Graph[protected]Black) on paytm website on[protected]. They promised to give back a cash back of 6000 Rs as soon as i receive my product.
I received the above laptop on[protected]. I did not receive any cash back till today and when i contacted paytm customer service regarding this they just do not respond.
Once they responded saying to upgrade my account but they have not even contacted me in any manner thereafter.
I was wondering why paytm was not caring for me like this.
At this point i observed that there is a broken edge on the laptop and its making cracking sound when ever i close and open the lid.
By all this frustration i immediately mailed paytm customer service that the product received is damaged.
But even then till now they are just ignoring me and my complaints. No resolution is being made or no response is given in favour of me.
I'm totally vexed with paytm.
They are doing such fraudlent business and offering cash back on defect products and once we are buying these products they do not either offer cashback or do not atleast respond to our requests.
Please let me solve this. I dumped 40, 000 rupees in the hands of paytm and now i'm unable to know how to get those back. Was this information helpful? |
