Paytm — Bus ticket - cancel option was not working - not refunding - cheating customers | |||||
My order id - [protected] I booked a bus for my father in law on 31st may at 1:15pm. But due to health concern he could not travel. I tried to cancel the ticket. The link in website and in their app was not working. As per the terms and conditions for bus ticket cancellation i have tried to cancel the bus ticket. From 9:45am today (Ie more than 3hrs before travel time). I tried in both website and in the app as well. I believe that they can check that error from their end too from the error logs. But the cancel ticket link was not working then ive raised a ticket finally at 10:16 am which is still 1mins past for that 3hrs before travel time. (Travel time is 1:15 pm). The problem is at paytm end where the cancel ticket link was not working. So i requested them to refund the 75 percent of amount in my paytm account. But they have taken the ticket timing as 10:16 am and refused to refund the amount. One clever customer care guy named ankit that for cancellation we have to call the customer care then why the hell they have the cancel link in their website and app. I booked the ticket online not by calling the customer care. Paytm is clearly cheating the customer and refusing the do the refund due to their mistakes in their web or app. Was this information helpful? | |||||
