Paytm — Cancel my Order | |||
Today In the morning at 28 Mar '15 6:19 am I had add money to My wallet with ORDER NO.[protected]. The money has deducted from My SBI bank debit card ( I had checked into My bank account ) but it has not come into My paytm wallet account till 9:30 am. So then I have cancelled the order at 9:30 am. The order is showing Rs. 400 has been refunded to your bank but the amount has not yet come into My SBI bank account. I had tried to call on customer care many times and the amount has also deducted from My mobile balance on this No. [protected] ( Paytm No.), but nobody has picked up the phone. I am facing this type of problem the third time on Paytm. Was this information helpful? | |||
