[Resolved]  Paytm — Canceled The Order But Till Now My Money Is Not Refunded

I Have Placed A Order On 29th August, After That I Just Want To Order A Different Product Instead Of It So I Consulted With The Customer Service Representative & They Said “I Would Like To Inform You That Product Has Already Been Shipped. Once Product Is Shipped It Can't Cancelled. In Case If You Want To Cancel Please Don't Accept The Product At Time Of Delivery. Once Product Will Back To Merchant, We Will Initiate The Refund.” I Didn’t Accept The Shipment As Suggested By Them (I Rejected The Shipment On 6th Of September) & Till Now They Haven’t Refunded My Money. I Have Consulted With Them Regarding This But Every Time They Are Saying That “Once The Product Will Reach To Us We Will Process Your Refund”, So My Question Is How Long It Takes To Reach The Consignment To Them?
