I purchased a product on which I was supposed to receive a cashback of Rs.9999/-. As the wallet limit can only be 10000 for each month, I was told by their call center lady that I will receive the cashback in January and meanwhile I should request for the walled upgrade.
I placed the request to upgrade the wallet on 21st Dec and received a confirmation email, however I have not received any call-back from their team till date to resolve the issue.
I have not uploaded any amount in January so I have used 0 from the 10000 limit for this month, even their app validates the same.
I called them again and even followed-up on email on the cash-back however they just keep sending me apologetic emails stating that it will be resolved soon.
I would like them to either upload the cashback amount in my wallet or initiate the return of this product. Was this information helpful? |
