I have ordered a new Panasonic Lumix dmc fz70k camera from paytm on 28th of August and post that i got a call stating the quality of the box is not perfect and he assured me about the camera quality that its a brand new one only the box is old and after trusting on his words and a trust in Paytm as their tag line says Seal of Trust, We care& please refer to the screenshot of my chat with the person who called me to inform the quality of box that i really thanked him to saved my time and energy by intimating me about the same bec i was concerned about the time.
Yesterday got a notification mail from Paytm about the delivery of my product and when i seen the product it was a complete second hand product with a lot of scratches, old build quality and that too was a new bill with 3 years manufacturer warranty.
i immediately contact paytm on social media and discussed them the same problem and also requested for a compensation to the hassel i faced and the cheating done to me, but they treated me as if they dont care about us and simply end the chat which was very unfortunate and disrespecting.
&
i request you to please help me to teach these chaeters a lessons so that they dont think to disrespect their customers.
