Paytm — Clarification and Replacement for order[protected] | |||
ON MAY 18 I RECEIVED JEANS WITH RESPECT TO ORDER #[protected] FROM PAYTM. I MADE ORDER FOR SIZE OF 34. WHEN I TRIED JEANS IT GOT TIGHT/UNCOMFORTABLE TO ME THEN I CHECKED THE SIZE TAG FOR JEANS. IT WAS NOT PRESENT LOOS LIKE IT WAS REMOVED BY SOMEONE. I GUESS THEY SENT ME THE JEANS OF SIZE-32 AND THAT IS WHAT I NEED TO CONFIRM WITH THEM. I AM NOT ASKING FOR REFUND FROM PAYTM STILL NO ONE IS RESPONDING. I AM JUST ASKING FOR REPLACEMENT FOR CORRECT SIZE. I AM CONTINUOUSLY WRITING MAIL TO PAYTM SINCE MAY 18 AND NO ONE IS RESPONDING ON THAT. ONLY RESPONSE I RECEIVED IS FROM RADHIKA ON 18 AND SHE CONFIRM THAT SHE WILL REPLY WITHIN 48-72 HOURS. TODAY 4 DAYS ARE PASSED AND STILL NO RESPONSE. I HAVE WRITTEN MAIL TO [protected]@paytm.com AND [protected]@paytm.com UNDER SUBJECT [Paytm Care] Re: MPtkt - Help Query.
