Paytm.com — Charging more than MRP | |||
The company is charging more than MRP. The Government should take strict action against such companies as it is offence to charge more than MRP. Moreover they are not responding properly when complaint is lodged. My complaint is related to price charged from me and not the product or packaging. In the Paytm screenshot, price of product shown Rs.2590/- and thereafter 17% discount offered and final price is Rs.2150/- which is also given in Invoice. But the product price is (M.R.P Rs.1990/- only. It is just a case of cheating and wrong information to customers as any product can't be sold in excess of M.R.P. On 13 oct 2016 i had paid 1800 by paytm but till not credit amount in biller account .also customer care no not connecting
