Paytm.com — Order not delivered - not getting response when try to contact them

I have ordered Rain Coat (ORDER NO.[protected] Jun '15 5:11 pm) from paytm.com. From that day I have not received this product. When I contacted customer care regarding this, at first time they have replied that they are taking care of this complaint and after that they I didn't get any response from them. when I try to contact them they are not receiving the call and not even replying to my mails. In the ordered summary the product is showing as Delivered even though I have not received it. They are saying that this product is delivered to someone else. And even I don't know that person. They how can they deliver the product to someone else if I am ready to take that product. Even when I include PayTM Customer Care, [protected]@paytm.com, [protected]@paytm.com in the mail they ware not taking any aciton on it. I am very disappointed because of such kind of behavior from paytm.com
