Paytm — Complete order not delivered

order no.[protected] I have ordered 4 combos of floaters and shoes i. e total of 8 boxes which i should recieve in the parcel in form of 4 suborders. But at the time of receiving i just got only 4 boxes and paytm gave me message that your order is delivered. My money is stuck and i have complained so many times even send the images of the received product and they are not responding and not even giving my money back. Please help me...
