Dear Sir. I have ordered a karbonn k9 mobile from paytm last week. Order number :[protected]. The mobile did not function properly since the very first day, it did not get switch on also. The very same day I had lodged a complaint through mail to your company. I got a response saying my defective product will be picked up from my address and subsequently my money will be refunded. It has been almost 9 days that no person from your company has been bothered to look after it. Very much disappointed from your service. Am suffering here without availability of phone, and it doesn't bother you. I want my refund as early as possible. Otherwise i have to take some legal action against your company. Don't fool the customers. Hoping an early reply.

we had received the product mixer grinder ORDER NO. [protected] on 08.07.2014.but product will be damaged and it is not working. it is sealed pack but after i opened the pack i had found that product was damaged and even not working also and i had received that product on 08/07/2015.i think motor was not fiited properly in mixer even power also not supplying.

When i received this product than it was already damaged and i raised a complaint against this product on 5/3/2015 on PAYTM.com. From that day i am sending mails, images of damaged laptop also complaint on Akosha.com etc.No call back have arranged by the seller or PAYTM.com. But there is no solution is provided by any one till now. So plz make a solution as soon as possible. I shall be thankful to you for the same.
