Paytm — Deduction of double amount

As i ordered incredio refresh tea it amounts rs 420 i pay through boi bank..already i am having rs 299 in my wallet...i used this amount extra 121 rs i paid from boi but it deducts rs 420..plzz refund rs 420 from boi and 299 in paytm..asap
