Patym is playing a fraud game with the consumers and the society. Firstly the are providing faulty and defective product and then they are not entertaining the customers problem. There were many complain but no resolution has been provided by them i purchased dell laptop 5559 was was in the box defective where i need to contact for its repair. Now the problem arises is of warranty i have purchased this product on 6/7/2016 (Invoice date) but warranty has been started in march i. E the product has been registered before and the product are used and defective/refurnished. Many complains have been made but no action has been taken yet. Even the cash back is still not given into my account where its shows it has been received
