Paytm — Delay in Cancellation of ticket & refund

I had book a bus ticket from this site and later on I changed my plan so i logged into the site to cancel & to my surprise there was no option of cancellation. I wrote a mail to these guys as they don't have a customer care number (surprising isn't it?) an asked them to cancel the ticket on 28th of April. I got a automate reply that we will get back to u. After a day, I got a reply saying we apologise for this an will get back to u in 24-48 hours but till now they haven't done anything. Tomorrow is the bus journey and later they will say that Sir according to refund policy yur ticket was cancelled late hence u will not get any money back even though I had aske to cancel the ticket on 28th. According to which i should get 90% of the ticket amount which is Rs. 1260. Please look into this urgently. PNR no. 2446855 DOJ - 3rd May2015
