Paytm — Dezine Analog Watch not running

I ordered a Dezine Analog Watch (order no.[protected] on 31st March, 2015. On 14th June I found that my watch not running. Even after changing the battery of the watch it was not running. I am highly disappointed from your service. I request you to change the watch which is still in the warranty period.
