Paytm — Dumbest customer care people in the world | |||||
I booked the ticket on 13th Jan for travelling on 17th jan. On 17th when i checked my order page to take a print out, the status was displayed as the amount was refunded. I haven't received any email or sms saying my order was cancelled or the ticket booking is failed. Since 17th was a holiday season the ticket rates are very high and i had to paid rs 2499 to travel on that date. So i claimed refund for the inconveniences caused to me because of their system failure. We had more than 50 email correspondence and the people who respond to my emails are so dumb that they don't understand what i am trying to say or what i am asking for. Below is the example of their response to my email. They simply copy paste the same response for all the emails. Email on June 2nd : Hello, We are happy to assist you. As we checked and found that the ticket was successfully booked and notification has sent to you on your registered email and phone number on [protected] at 17:18:55 against the order id [protected]. Should you need any further assistance, let us know. My response on June 2nd: Are you stupid??????????????????????? Let me clearly explain for one last time. I booked a ticket, Money got deducted from my account. On my travel date when logged to Paytm to take a print out of my ticket the ticket was not there and it said the ticket was not booked. That is holiday season and the ticket for travelling on that date was 2499. I booked and traveled because i had to. Issues: 1. When a ticket is not booked or booking failed because of the technical issues in operators end i should have been informed that my ticket is not booked and try from another operator. - It didn't happened. 2. When you refunded my money back to my paytm account i should have been informed that the booking for the amount debited from your bank account is failed and because of that we are restoring your amount in your Paytm wallet.- It didn't happened. 3. Your stupid customer care people understands my issues but they are keep on saying that your money is refunded and you booked another ticket using that refunded money... i know that you pigs.. I am the one who done that. I am asking refund because of the bad experiences i had with this stupid website. Don't bother i don't want to be part of a company which don't give importance to the customer experience. I stopped using your service very long back and i will never ever use your service again.. So please leave me alone. With Angry and disappointment, Response received from Paytm on June 5th : Same previous email was copied and pasted. Like this i received more than 15 emails with same content copied and pasted. Thanks and regards, Paytm care The Order number for the Booking which is failed and not informed to me is Order number : [protected], Amount : 1299 Date of transaction (Booked for travelling on) : 17/01/2016 Ticket booked on : 8:23 am, Jan 13 2016 The Amount for this transaction rs 1299 was restored back to Paytm and i am not informed about this refund or the Ticket booking failed. So i used this amount for booking another ticket for travelling on the same date.
