Paytm — Duplicate Order delivered and amount not refunded even after 2 months

I ordered a watch for Rs 11000 and after a week I saw that the paint of the watch started coming off as it was a duplicate product. I complained to Paytm and after several calls and follow ups they responded that amount will be refunded after the reverse pick up. But for one month they did not pick up the product. I wrote around 100 emails at that time for the same and then finally they told that they could not collect the product and I need to courier it myself. I did that and now they are neither confirming nor are they refunding my amount. ORDER # [protected] They are not even replying to my emails. Please help.
