Paytm — Duplicate Red tape Shoes received

I ordered RED TAPE shoes on trust of Paytm. But i find vendor sent me duplicate Red tape shoes, quality of shoes very poor. I also visited to red Tape showroom to exchange it but they denied with argument with it is not original Red tape.
