Paytm — false product delivered

i ordered 3 books from paytm. my order no is [protected]. yesterday i received only one book properly packed and sealed condition. i made a movie of the packet for proof because on the bill they mentioned three books inside. then i registered a complaint at paytm customer care but said our system shows all the books all delivered to you. here is the answer given by paytm Regarding your experience with Paytm Ticket #[protected]: Re: Order Delivered - 3 items from your Paytm Order #[protected] have been delivered Fahad, Jun 25, 03:54: Hi Rupinder, Thank you for placing your Order # .
