Paytm Fastag — fastag blacklisted

I had purchased fastag from paytm but it did not recognise in any toll plaza. They also tried with manual scanner but it did not work. I have tried in all the toll plaza but no response and hence I had to pay by cash even though I had wallet balance.
My barcode number is 20989315 and car number is MH47A1047
Please arrange a replacement.
