Paytm — For refunding of returned order

Hello sir, I m very very disappointed with the service of paytm. I did lots of mail at [protected]@paytm.com, but there is no any repl. I had purchased femme Classic gold wedge at 7/03/2014. But the seller had send me silver wedges so i had returned it on 14/03/2014. It had been delivered at 17/04/2014. And then ur executive had called me told me that the refund would be added in ur wallet in next 48 to 72 hours. Today its been 16 days there is no refunds and no reply of my any mail. Solve my problem and refund my money as soon as possible. My order number is[protected] My amonut is 300 + 100 courier charge
