Please beware of this site they don't have customer are number the number given on the site when dialled automatic message came write to our cybercell for security issue I placed order for two pedigree packs and one corell dinner set someone from Paytm itself cancelled the order and after getting money in Paytm wallet he used it yesterday at 4.59 again and again I am complaining please take some quick action but nothing happened till now totally fed up with you people Was this information helpful? | |||||

I tried to pay my Torrent Power utility bill IN 1 DEC[protected]/- through Paytm, the transaction failed but the amount is deducted from my bank account it is not shown either in my paytm account, nor it is reversed bank to my bank account it is more than 50 days since this transaction took place. It is more than days since I have raised a complaint, I have neither received a solution refund nor has any executive contacted me Torrent power says they have not received any payment as the transaction failed while it was processed to Paytm and hence they cant help resolve this

I tried to add my bank payment 2000rs 10-DEC 2016- through Paytm, the transaction succesful but the amount is nt go back my bank account it is not shown either in my paytm account, nor it is reversed bank to my bank account it is more than 2days since this transaction took place. I placed two orders with Paytm on Sunday night at 9.30 pm. On monday morning at 4.49 am I got a message from Paytm that they have cancelled both orders no [protected] and [protected] and refunded the money to my paytm wallet but soon after someone did 4 transactions from my paytm wallet and took more than 4000 rs to make the payment to Ebay (Billdesk rs 701.10 and billdesk 489.52 Billdesk 2198.80 and last one is 610) I told Paytm again and again that I have not done these transactions and I think it is an insider job as we can't login to our a/c without one time password which is sent by Paytm on our registered mobile number.
As paytm claims their wallet is totally safe and secure but I think otherwise.
NOW I WANT TO MAKE ALL MY RELATIVES AND FREINDS AWARE OF SUCH SITES AS THEY DONT HAVE CUSTOMERCARE NO AND THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE. THEIR CYBERCELL ADVISED ME TO LODGE A FIR AND DIRECTLY DEAL WITH EBAY. I ASK THEM WHY SHOULD I DO THIS AS IT IS YOUR FAULT YOU SHOULD DEAL WITH EBAY AND REFUND MONEY BECAUSE I GAVE MONEY TO YOU AND SOME ONE FROM YOUR STAFF HAS DONE ALL THESE TRANSACTIONS ON MY BEHALF THEIR UNHELPFUL STAFF AND CYBERCELL POLICIES LEAD TO SUCH FRAUDULENT ACTIVIES. THEREFORE I AM USING SOCIAL MEDIA TO SPREAD AWARENESS ABOUT THIS SITE SO THAT THEY WILL KNOW THAT NOT EVERYONE WILL STAY QUIET AFTER BEING DUPED LIKE THIS.
