Paytm — Fraud done using the debit card details | |||||
I am writing the complaint against the POS-Paytm. The person name sandesh who called as person from bank, stating that the debit card has expired need to be renewed. Saying this he asked all the details and immediately made transaction of 5000, 5000, 3000, 700, 2000, 2000. Total amount 19000. It's been completely a fraud done with us. I would like to consider the case and please revert back. Your intervention would be appreciated. As this is serious case the amount was saved for my childs school fee.
