[Resolved]  Paytm — fraud of Rs 45000 by sandsshoppinghub using Paytm

fraud It seems that paytm has allowed fraud companies like sandsshoppinghub and sandsinfosystem to fraud with people. On 19 Oct sandsshoppinghub told about laptop in diwali bonanza offer and deducted my Rs 28000 through Paytm and assured refund. But yhey didnot refund. INstead on 20 Oct they asked details of debit card for refund and again deducted Rs 17000. Now they are neither giving refund and nor responding. Please do the needful to refund my money.
