Paytm — Frauding

Myself Siyad Ahammad from Calicut, Kerala.I have ordered one washing machine through paytm. It was on 14th July 2015. They committed guaranteed delivery on or before 24th July. when I check the status in their site, it is showing shipped on 19th July through FedEx. So I called Fed ex for delivery, but they are saying it's not been handed over to them by paytm. Then I called pay tm customer care on 24th July regarding this. They are saying they have already forwarded it to the fedex company on 19th. I told them what FedEx team is saying and requested to enquire the status. But they refused to provide me the status at that time and told me that they can't do anything at the moment, but they will forward the complaint to the concerned team and will be resolved in maximum 48 hours. So I waited 2 days, again called them asking the status. Still it is showing shipped in their site. Again the same story. They refuse to provide the status then and again asked for another 48 hour just to provide the status. Again I waited 48 hours and called after 2 days. Still no status and and they are making me a fool saying 72 hours I have ordered one washing machine through paytm. It was on 14th July 2015. Still no status and they are making me a fool saying 72 hours more for the status. Another 4 days passed and no reply or no follow ups regarding this. I spent more than 75 minutes calling paytm and waited more than 10 days after complaining. But there is no response. I feel completely cheated and disrespected by paytm. So I need to file a case against Paytm for cheating, money fraud, online fraud, false promising and humiliation. I dont need just refund the amount, but I need a compensation amount not less than 2 lacs for all the grievance I suffered from paytm. I have already forwarded the case to all media and I am soon moving ahead with legal formalities.
