[Resolved]  Paytm — Fraudulent in the name of cash back within 7 days.

Hi, There was an offer going on paytm.com in which customer was supposed to get 40% cash back on any product. The commitment was that the cash back will be credited to the customer's account within 7 days of delivery of the product. They were selling those 40% discount coupons for 10 Rs. After completion of 7 days I tried inquire the same with them and sent them a mail. I did not receive any mail from paytm except one which said that "You ticket has been generated and will be resolved within 24 hours". After 2 days I received a mail saying that your ticket has been resolved please give us a feedback whether you are satisfied with the service/resolution. I checked my account balance but no money was credited in my account. It has already been 12 days and i have not heard a word from them. It's not the money I am concerned about. It's hardly some amount but the way they are trying to fool people is not right and I was some very strict action to be taken against him.
