Paytm — Have mentioned Wrong details regarding an product (printer) and now they are not cancelling the product | |||||
Yesterday [11th jan 2016 ] I had booked an Printer [https://paytm.com/shop/p/hp-mfp-m128fn-multi-function-laser-printer-LARHP-MFP-M128FBEST34691FCBAF...⇄ from paytm and they have mentioned the product as an color printer which costs around 16k and when I checked for the product on official HP Website today, it shows that the product is not the color printer. Now the company says that the product can't be cancelled. When I raised the request for cancellation from the customer care service, they said wait for an email we will revert back to you. Now they say that it is against our cancellation policy and all. Does your cancellation policy says that PAYTM would mention wrong details and we won't cancel the product even if the product is not what we had mentioned. Was this information helpful? | |||||
