Paytm — Issues in Returning | |||
I bought a item two track pants from Paytm which was delivered but I didn't like the quality of the product so I would like to return the same and its clearly mention in Paytm policy is that they will make the necessary arrangements to collect the item for refund. But when I raised the return request they said I have to courier back all the items to sellers from which it is delivered but courier is asking 450 rupees for the shipment from Chennai to Daman (Maharashtra) and Paytm care is saying that they will reimburse only upto rs 200 as the courier charges. Paytm reply is that "There is no excutive in your area so we cant collect the item. You have to courier it to the seller direcly". Are they fooling me? ... Daily lots of parcels came in our office from paytm, Flipkart, Amazon and many more.. This is such a bad experience of Online shopping I had. Amazon, Jabong, Flipkart and others provide us a simple returning procedure as per their policies. Is Paytm just fooling the people by putting the false policies over there site?
