Paytm Mobile Solutions — Amount debited from bank not added to Paytm wallet.

On 30.11.2016 at about 3.45 pm, I was trying to shop a smart phone from "gadgets now" website.

Where I found Paytm wallet payment option( in gadgets now website).

So, I clicked the Paytm and I was taken to Paytm website.

Where Paytm told me the available balance in my wallet is Rs.217 and I have to add Rs.5682 from my bank account.

Then I proceeded the payment option.

After sometime Paytm webpage was showing the transaction has been failed(see the screen shot).

But immediately I got the SMS from my bank that an amount of Rs.5682 has been debited from my account.(see the screen shot of SMS).

I already enquired with Bank and they told me that the amount was paid.

The amount is not added to my Paytm wallet.

Please Help me to recover the amount.
