Paytm Mobile Solutions — Amount not received in bank account

I have sent 16000 in my bank account from paytm wallet on 21 December 2016 but haven't received yet. I have made several complaint to paytm on mail, twitter and facebook also but all time they said that we have transferred to your bank account. I also sent my bank statement to paytm that i haven't received my amount in my bank account but all time they sent copy paste reply to me.
I request you to please consider this matter on urgent basis.

I tried to put 500 rs to my paytm wallet .The money got deducted from my account but not added in my paytm wallet 22 days passed and still there is no news .please either add my money to paytm wallet or refund back to my bank accout .please help me i m very tensed i dont know where my amount gone ?ORDER NUMBER [protected] please me as soon as possible...

Dear sir i didn't receive my refund it has been a long time 10 days has gone but no reply from your side and i went to tha bank and bank is saying that every thing is clear from our side and i and i have also complent on paytm but they are not responding to me what should i do ...

I tried to add a money to paytm wallet Rs 20000 on jan 8, 2017. My money was debited but not added in wallet.My order is [protected] and the transaction number is [protected]. Please find the snapshot of the unauthorised transactions dated 27th may 2015. I need the details of the culprit who has done these, so that I can file police complaint after that.

I had transeferred Rs 1000 from my paytm mobile wallet, which has shown as a successful transaction but it was not reflected in payees account

Ticket number[protected] please contact at the earliest. A huge amount of 4300 is not reflecting in my id. You haven't given a helpline number either where I get connected to a customer care executive. There has not been and contact from your end. Request you to solve this issue ASAP, the issue has been raised over a week back

Now there r zero ruppes I complaint many time to paytm but I did not get any response from paytm...I will not recommend to anyone for use paytm
