Paytm Mobile Solutions — Refund issue | |||||
I pay a Torrent Power bill via paytm but paytm rejected the payment and my Rs.1919 was debited to my account and same will be credit to paytm my wallet account. when i say to refund it they denied and want a 4% charge to refund the payment. After this matter yesterday my wallet balance automatically nill. I write a mail they still not give me answer and they dosn't have customer care no to ask a solution Was this information helpful? | |||||
