Paytm Mobile Solutions — Bill payment - amount debited but transaction was unsuccessful from service provider | |||||
Order id: [protected] I recently paid my first bill through paytm, on 25.11.2016 for my Electric supply. After giving my card details, the payment was successful, As shown on app and the amount was debited from my bank account. It asked to wait for 48 hours to hear from service provider. After 24 hours from my payment, i received sms from cesc stating 'transaction was unsuccessful, please ignore if the subsequent transaction Was successful'. I immediately raised a ticket through the app regarding The issue but didn't hear back. Also sent an email to [protected]@paytm.com but wasn't addressed.
