[Resolved]  Paytm Mobile Solutions — Bill payment

I am making bill payment on paytm on 27th Nov 2016.
Paytm shows recharge failed but money is deducted from my account.
there is no any proper contact number. so i do write mail to paytm but till now no reply from them.
i do 730 Rs recharge for electricity bill payment.
