Hi, This complaint is regarding paytm order palced. I have ordered an iphone (Orderno:[protected]) and have not received cashback yet. I have raised complaint 2 times already before. Can you please resolve my query as i have serious concern of cashback else i will return the product i bought. Expecting call within 24 hours to get the query resolved. I recharged my videocon d2h through Paytm on 9th March 2017 worth RS 275/-. My order is showing pending from long time. Money got deducted from my account, but recharge not done.
