I opted for a payTM account on 16 Nov 2016. Despite my repeated requests to upgrade my account to Merchant account no action has been taken by payTM. They are supposed to send their executive to confirm my KYC. My account is lying blocked as it says that I have crossed my monthly limits. Should you require further information call me at [protected]. I would appreciate if you resolve my concerns/complaint immediately or I will have to take a course (legal) which may sound unpleasant to you.
