[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — Customer harassment | |||||
My id on paytm is under the name of Jasraj Gill and i place an order of Sanitary bags and the order number is [protected]. i ordered this product on 6th September but till now i havnt received the product and company is saying that it is being delivered on 14th September and i told them via email that i havnt received it and do provide me with proof of delivery with having signature of the person who received it. but till now then havnt send me the proof of delivery and keep on lying that i have received the product bu in actual i havnt. its a pathetic online company who doesnt listen to its consumers. Dear Team,
Last month try to contect customer care all number are showing frod.Paytm money and recharge everything is not working proper and i cant believe and suggest every people not use paytm.
When i try customer care and all number wrong mention in website i complain in goverment department.
please solve my problem with in 2 hours other wise my complian with media and goverment department.
