Paytm Mobile Solutions — Delivered Broken Product/ Promised Cash Back Not Processed | |||||
Good day, Please note I ordered a Symphony Diet 12i Cooler from PAYTM for 7368 INR . As per terms and conditions PAYTM was suppose to process a cash back of 12%., which they were keeping silent for a long time after a lot of exchange of emails they said they will process the cash back after delivery, but the normal process is to process cash back after the order is shipped. My ordered is delivered on 19 th in broken condition but still they didn't process the cash back. Now I want to return the product as it's arrived in damaged conditions so accordingly I raised return request immediately with photographs and also send several emails to paytm with photographs and my grievances but still no sign of anything from PAytm . The item was an used item they supplied as there was no manufacturer seal, full of dust, scratch es on the body. No warranty card and manufacturer manual povided How can they survive in the market if they treat customer in this fashion. Flipkart and Amazon there customer support is better than paytm for sure.u Was this information helpful? | |||||
