Paytm Mobile Solutions — Delivered scratched and damaged product and rejected return request | |||||
I have purchase symphony air cooler 22 ltr from paytm on 28th april. My order id is [protected]. He has delivered in 3 days only but he delivered scratched and damaged product (Wheels are damaged, automatically shutter is getting shutdown, many scratches are there on new product). Firstly i have raised the return request and i have also told that if it is possible to replace this defective air cooler with brand new then i don't have any problem. If it is not possible to replace the product then take your product and refund my money. But after 5 days at random paytm has rejected return request. I have mailed at least 10 times to know why they have rejected the return request, no body is giving the answer of this question. Only they are telling we already working on this ticket, by saying this paytm support guys are closing the conversation. I have called to customer care people also, he told that, this will be resolved within 24- 48 hrs and further he will communicate through the mail. But till now i din't get any mail and i din't get any update. I am really getting frustrate. I am losing my patience. I am not going for purchase new cooler due to this pending returns.
