Paytm Mobile Solutions — Double debit from my bank account | |||||
Dear Sir, i have two accounts 1.[protected]@gmail.com and 2.[protected]. i had tried to add money in both my accounts through net banking from our account in bank of baroda on 9th NOV 2016. due to some technical error the transaction could not be completed and the money was only debited from my account. i got an intimation of the refund from their end. there were 3 transactions in all and out of which only 2 are refunded. the third transaction of Rs 1000 is still pending and neither refunded nor reflects in the wallet balance.Kindly look into the matter immediately.
