Paytm Mobile Solutions — Electricity bill payment

I had paid my electricity bill through paytm on 12 of august 2016. My order no is. [protected] i had paid rs 860 as my electricity bill. The amount got deducted from my bank a/c but later paytm showed that transaction failed and money refund has been initiated. Till date i. E. 15/8/2106, i have not received my refund. My emails to paytm are getting unanswered.
