Paytm Mobile Solutions — Electricity bill payment did not done but charged for it | |||||
I have paid for torrent power electricity bill(surat) about 590 rs. My bank also debited amount for it but paytm shows transection failed. On date 22 november 2016 around 4:47 pm.
