I have ordered paytm fasttag and my order id is [protected]. I got my tag delivered after repeated follow ups that too very late. I called cc and checked my tag is working and they confirmed me its activated and i can start using it. I went on a trip from bangalore to chennai and i went on fastag line which shows my tag is blacklisted and they asked me to pay double the amount. When i called your cc, they told my barcode is mismatched. Whose fault is that? I asked for rectify it and the guy who attended told me someone will visit my home and will deliver new tag. I waited for a week. No one appears. Again i called, so they told tag cant be replaced you have to close it. It happened around january 26th. From then am behind paytm to get my refund back. Still i didnt received my refund. When ever i called simply am getting one response "we are taking your concern to respective department" but no email/sms confirmation.
