Paytm Mobile Solutions — Fraudulent usage of my credit card in PayTM transactions | |||
Dear sir/Madam My name is Shanmugam Manickam from Hyderabad. Today around 11.25 AM there was 2 fraudulent transactions made using my SBI credit card [protected] without my knowledge/consent. My mobile number used for ONE TIME PASSWORD is [protected]. I KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO CANCEL/REVERSE THE TRANSACTION AND INTIMATE THE MERCHANT ACCORDINGLY. The corresponding bank approval code used for these transactions as received from bankers are given below and attaching my bank statement supporting my complaint for reference. Your help in this highly appreciated.
