Paytm Mobile Solutions — fully paid mobile phone delivered even after 12 days of order

I have order a rs 48000 worth mobile phone from "paytmmall.com" #[protected]. This product was supposed to be dispatched on 10th october and delivered by 12th october 2017.
After 5 days of delay, this product is still not dispatched and "paytm" executives are clueless regarding the status. There is no sense of responsibility for the issue and no help from call-center.

I have called multiple times and updated the complaints to highest escalation team (Complaint id#[protected] and all i get to hear is "we are working on this".

This is very frustrating and sad, please help to get this problem resolved.

Paytm not deliver my courier till 13 october, my courier expected delivery date 6 October.
There is an error in using promocode
They show there is some technical issues
