Maine apna phone paytm se recharge karvaya tha 31 march 2017 ko. Mere account se bhi amount deducted ho gaya lekin ab vo status mai processing or successful show kar raha h. Aur recharge hone ke baad abhi tak msg receive nhi hua. Kya mujhe dubara se phone recharge karvana hoga. Agar recharge karvati hu to mujhe payment refund hogi ya nhi. Plz help. I have transferred money to bank from paytm wallet but at the time of transaction it's show that your transaction is failed but the balance is deducted from my wallet at what time i received my amount please solved my problem as early as possible
