Paytm Mobile Solutions — incorrect wallet balance / history | |||||
Hi, I'm really disappointed with the service of paytm I had 500/- In my wallet My paytm mobile number is [protected] The paytm has logged out my account and when I tried to log in it is saying as incorrect username/ password. I have done my kyc verification also and I demand my refund asap. I have informed paytm about it but they are asking the transaction ID (how will i get the details when paytm cleared my transaction history) but they have cleared all the history of my paytm aleast for 3 months and all raised ticket for this to paytm but no response.
