Paytm Mobile Solutions — Metro Store value Pass Cancellation Refund not credited

I had a Paytm Mumbai Metro Store Value Pass with a balance of ₹266. Since I no longer travel using the metro I decided to cancel the same.
I did a cancellation on[protected] from Paytm Mobile App Android. It displayed the cancellation was successful but I can't locate my refund.
I was charged ₹29 as Cancellation Charges.

Paytm App doesn't allow screenshots and I didn't receive any mail communication for the same too.

Paytm Customer team is not helpful. Please help escalate.
