Dear Team, Today I called on your paytm number [protected] regarding closing of Fast Tag (RJ14XC3762). The agent In the voice named Mr Abhishek Chauhan misbehaved with me and i told him many times to transfer the call to senior person, manager, supervisor but he is so rude that he had not transfer my call and put the call on hold for more than 35 minutes. He is saying i am not transferring the call to any person. What service you are giving to customer??? You are making fools to customers. I am escalting the company to telecom ministry that paytm shold be banned in india and paytm is fraud and fooling its customer. Its now more than 40 minutes of hold Mr Abhishek is not responding anymore. Terminate this guy. I will also go in media and tell them what paytm guys are doing??
