[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — money deducted from debit account but not yet received

I made a electricity bill payment on 1st july 2017 through punjab and sind bank debit card account, but transaction was failed still the amount was deducted from my bank account.
And its 15 days now but the payment still not credited back to my account.
Every time i try calling customer care every representative gives different solutions and problem is it not resolved.
Please resolve this asap to keep up the trust among their users.

Updated by sameer9xm After discussion with Bank Authorities they have no answer in regard to this matter.All required documents have been submitted.
Please resolve as it is getting too much over delay .
